What is HYBRD?
HYBRD is an AI coach app built for athletes who train across multiple disciplines. Generic training apps pick a lane, but athletes who lift, run, bike, and swim need a plan that accounts for all of it at once. HYBRD builds that plan and keeps adjusting it as your training, schedule, and life change.
At the center of it is Brain, HYBRD’s built-in AI coach. Brain learns your goals, preferences, injury history, and gym availability, then builds a structured training plan around them. It also connects to an external AI of your choice via MCP, so you can coach from the same data inside ChatGPT, Claude, or any other assistant you already use.

Features & Benefits
- AI Training Plan Builder: get a structured multi-discipline training plan built by an AI coach from your goals, schedule, constraints, and real performance history.
- Adaptive Plan Adjustment: let your AI coach reshape upcoming sessions when life changes, workouts are missed, or recent performance runs ahead of or behind the plan.

Real-World Applications
If you’re training for something specific, HYBRD may be the closest thing to having a coach who actually watches your data. You can tell Brain your race date and weekly availability, and it builds a plan that accounts for both your running and your lifting at the same time. When you miss a session or run a long run faster than planned, it adjusts what’s coming without you having to ask.
Hybrid athletes preparing for events like HYROX or triathlons might find the multi-discipline planning especially useful. Balancing strength blocks with cardio volume is genuinely difficult to do manually. An AI coach that sees your full log, your recovery scores, and your upcoming schedule can make smarter calls about when to push and when to pull back.
Parents or anyone with an unpredictable schedule can get real use out of the adaptive plan feature. If your week falls apart, you don’t need to rebuild your training from scratch. Brain already sees what you did and didn’t do, and it can reschedule around your constraints when you tell it what changed.
If you already use Claude, ChatGPT, or another AI assistant for your training conversations, HYBRD’s MCP connection may change how useful those conversations feel. Your AI coach in those tools gets access to your actual workout history and current plan, so the advice it gives is grounded in what you’ve really been doing.
