This course shows faculty, instructional designers, and education leaders how to apply the 4D AI Fluency Framework (Delegation, Description, Discernment, Diligence) directly to teaching practice. You learn to build a reusable teaching context document, use AI to design course materials and assessments, and evaluate AI output against your students’ actual needs. The focus is practical: by the end, you have a working method for AI-assisted course development that you can repeat across courses.
The course was developed through a partnership between Anthropic and two professors with hands-on experience teaching the AI Fluency Framework. It is supported in part by the Higher Education Authority of Ireland through the National Forum for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning.
