You leave with a complete, ready-to-run kit: a workshop slide deck, a slide-by-slide facilitator guide with speaker notes, and a learner workbook with grade-band exercises built around the 4D Framework (Delegation, Description, Discernment, and Diligence). The goal is to give you everything needed to lead a session in your own school or district, in your own voice.
The course was developed through a partnership between Anthropic and the American Federation of Teachers (AFT). The underlying 4D Framework was developed by Prof. Rick Dakan (Ringling College of Art and Design) and Prof. Joseph Feller (University College Cork).
