By submitting your AI tool or application to be listed on AI Tools Explorer (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you (“you,” “your,” or “submitter”) and AI Tools Explorer, operated by Seneka Kor EOOD, a VAT-registered company in Bulgaria.
1. Submission Process
Submissions are open to individuals, companies, agencies, or any party wishing to promote an AI tool. All submissions are subject to manual review to ensure they meet our quality and policy standards. Submitting a tool does not guarantee publication. Listings are written, structured, and formatted by our editorial team. Submitted information may be used for reference but is not published verbatim.
2. Payment and Pricing
All submissions require a one-time payment, processed securely through Stripe. Pricing, timelines, and features vary by tier and are clearly stated on the submission page. Features may include homepage promotion, backlinks, social media mentions, category listings, and more.
3. Invoicing and VAT
Seneka Kor EOOD is a VAT-registered business. If you require an invoice, please contact us after completing payment. Stripe will handle the transaction and may include VAT depending on your location and applicable tax laws.
4. Content Standards and Restrictions
We only accept Safe For Work (SFW) AI tools. Submissions related to adult content, hate, illegal activity, or misleading claims will be rejected. Tools must have a live, working website and a clear business model. We prioritize tools that are functional, innovative, and deliver value to users.
5. Refund Policy
If your tool does not meet our standards and is not approved, a refund will be issued. Please note:
- Stripe may deduct a non-refundable fee (typically 1.5%–4.9%)
- Rejected adult-entertainment submissions will be subject to a 15% refund processing fee
6. Review and Delivery Timeline
Publication timeframes are based on the tier selected. Delivery estimates begin once the submission is approved and payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to delay or extend delivery in cases of incomplete or unclear submissions.
7. Updates
Depending on your tier, you may request a limited number of free updates after publication. We do not permit URL changes post-submission. Update requests are reviewed for clarity, consistency, and quality.
8. Editorial Control and Article Creation
By submitting your tool, you provide basic reference information (such as tool name and a short description). Our team will create a full listing and article based on that input, supplemented by content from your tool’s publicly available website and materials. The final article will be written and structured by our editorial team to match our formatting, tone, and quality standards. We do not guarantee the inclusion of all submitted details, and we reserve the right to edit, rewrite, or omit information to improve clarity, accuracy, or compliance.
9. Ownership and Licensing
You confirm that you have the rights to submit the tool, description, and any media (screenshots, videos, etc.). By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, adapt, and publish the content on our platform and affiliated channels. Screenshots and visuals may be stored for editorial use and are not shared outside publication.
10. Limitation of Liability
We make no guarantees regarding traffic, SEO impact, or business performance following publication. You agree to use our service at your own risk. In no event shall AI Tools Explorer or Seneka Kor EOOD be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our submission service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
